Linen
Must be ordered at least two weeks in advance - each bed has a duvet and pillow.
1 You may bring your own duvet cover, sheet, pillowcase and towels
2 If
you bring sleeping bags, you will need to bring a pillowcase and towels
3 You can hire a full pack of linen @ £5.00per
pack, but please note this must be ordered at least 2 weeks in advance to
allow for delivery from the laundry in Inverness.

'Food' means that we will buy food so that you can help yourselves to cereal & toast for breakfast; a piece of fruit & the basics for a sandwich at lunch and we'll cook you a two course evening meal - you wash-up! This is aimed at keeping the cost down for organisers, Crisps, Drinks, Chocolates etc., should be purchased by individuals according to their own taste'
We are able to provide for pre-booked vegetarians, but regret that other allergies and special diets are not always possible to cater for within our limited budget. However, if we are warned in advance, we will take them into account. A microwave is available for those who need to provide for their own particular needs. For a full explanation of what we are offering please see 'What Can We Eat' in our Accommodation Page Full Board - (Add Catering costs @ £8.00 per day, to the relevant accommodation costs)
You do your own washing up in the scullery, but only crockery and cutlery. We wash all the pots and pans. You are responsible for cleanliness as usual, even in the dining-room, but again, the kitchen is our problem!
Other Costs
Fuel - Due to the enormous rise in fuel prices over the last couple of years, we have had to change our policy on heating. We pride ourselves on setting a price & not asking for more from you on leaving! So, from April 2007 our charges are two-tiered. From October to April inclusive, the heating will be included in the published price. In summer, the price will not include heating. If groups wish to have the heating on in summertime, there will be a charge of £1 per head, per night, up to a maximum of £50. In an effort to promote an 'environmentally friendly' attitude, we would still expect leaders to monitor fuel responsibly during their stay
Gas: Current Charge - please note this is very variable and is beyond our control
Electricity: 11p per unit
Damage/Cleaning Charges: Levied if necessary after a full check has been carried out.Some charges are subject to a 10% administration fee.
Cleaning: per hour (if required on handover) £7.50
Linen: Any duvet used without a cover has to be cleaned @ £10.00.
Keys: per lost key £5.00 (Master Key £8.00)

All the above prices are for guidance only. Due to our flexibility, we advise you to contact us to discuss your own requirements.Longer stay groups, low season & block bookings may be entitled to a discount

If you wish to pay in Euros, then a price will be agreed on the date of the agreement according to the Financial Times Currency Exchange rate. That price will be set and any fluctuations, either way, will not affect the following payments.
