New Year

Nethy House has been booked for New Year already, by a self-catering group who will take the whole house. Therefore, please do not ask for places at this time.

We usually offer a special service between the 27th December and the beginning of January. Instead of selling the house to one large group, we accept smaller groups on the understanding that they are willing to share cleaning duties and possibly rooms if necessary.

We usually have a really good time with some clubs having returned 4 or 5 times in spite of an initial booking saying 'we go to different places every year'! We offer you full board, packed lunches for all, non-stop tea and coffee, no curfew and access at all times. Laundry is part of the deal. We have a bar and usually have a bit of a 'do' on Hogmanay with a traditional meal, piper and party hats & fireworks etc! Very sophisticated stuff this!

We do usually manage to give each group enough beds in rooms of their own, but sometimes, single people may need to go into a room with singles of other groups!

Cost . The cost is £35 per head, per night for a minimum of 4 nights or more . As there may be occasions when this may not be possible, then the price will be £40 per night for 3 nights, £45 per night for 2 and £50 per night for 1.
