How to book

What To Do Next - Stages 1-7

1 Perhaps you may like to check out the Availability calendar, which we also use in the office and update as soon as possible after an enquiry has come in.

2 Fill in and send the Online Enquiry - we will give you a reference number and attach a provisional contract as soon as possible - often the same day unless we are away from the office.
Do not worry if you do not know exact numbers, we can sort that out later and remember that you will pay only for the beds used, even though you will have exclusive use, subject to the minimum.

3 Please read the conditions of booking on this page.

This is what you should do on receipt of the provisional contract

4 Please send the deposit shown to confirm the booking.
This can be paid by cheque, Paypal or direct to our bank, whose details are on the bottom of your invoice.
If Paypal is your preferred method of payment, please let us know and we'll send a personalised PayPal link. Please be aware that we are only able to take deposits by this method and not larger sums.

This is what you should do a month before your arrival

5 Please send the rest of the payment.

6 Are we organising food for you? If so, please ensure that we know if you have any vegetarians. remember that we are unable to cope withe special diets -but if you tell us, we will do the best we can to take them into account.
